Mobility Mentoring Foundations: Course Updates

Every year, our Capacity Building Team reviews our online courses as part of our commitment to continuous learning and improvement. We take the feedback from all of our learners and update the course to work better for all of you.

Here's a highlight of some of the shifts you can expect to see:

• Improved pacing of content while remaining within the same time commitment to complete the course (approximately 8-12 hours)
• Additional content intended to support your practice with Mobility Mentoring tools
• A new section on equity in coaching with an accompanying self-reflection activity

As part of continuing to grow and improve, we encourage all staff to periodically revisit the content in Mobility Mentoring Foundations and now might be the perfect time to do so, with the shifts we've implemented.
